My research mainly focuses on the role of innovative business models in addressing societal challenges. I explore the interaction between organisational hybridity, resource constraints and social complexity and their effects on social outcomes. Through my work on Social Enterprises, Impact Investing and Sharing Economy, I aim to advance organisational theory on governance structure, resources scarcity and social capital.
